SizeGenetics routine for Beginners to Advanced!

This Beginners Routine is not just for the Sizegenetics Penis Extender, I used this routine with my old Extender as well (I also use the VLC tugger, and you can still follow this routine with the VLC).

I obviously recommend the SizeGenetics Penis Extender and VLC Tugger (Uncircumcised guys)  because I think they are by far the most comfortable penis extenders and length devises available .

If you haven’t ever done any sort of penis enlargement or are just starting again after a long break, this Sizegenetics Routine can help you get use the the Sizegenetics extender and help you start gaining in penis length.

I’ve achieved 0.5″ in the last 4 months, keeping in mind I already increased my penis size by 1.5″, so this additional .5″ is amazing.

They say the first Inch is the easiest – after that you have to work a bit harder! 

So I am very Pleased with my gains.

If you are new to Penis Enlargement and you follow this routine Consistently – you will achieve more than my 0.5″.

I’ve gained a total of 2″ over a period of 2 years – most men only achieve 2.5″, so I’m pretty close to my maximum – I think…. but we will see!

SizeGenetics Penis Extender Routine.

The way that always works for me and gets my penis use the extender is this.

Never Start of with the tension setting too high – you need to get your penis use to being stretched.

A Good Tension setting to start off with is this:

Measure your Erect Penis and take 4 cm off.

Example: If your Penis is 14 cm Erect – 4cm = 10cm this is the tension you should set your extender at in this example.

So every guy will be different, measure you erect length minus 4 cm  and that will be the Starting Length for you!

This might not feel like much of a stretch, but it is a great setting to start off with and get your penis use to being stretched – your penis will respond much better starting at this point and increasing it on a weekly or two weekly basis.

Now you have your tension setting, here’s  the Routine:

You can also include a Good Penis Stretching routine to further help your length gains.

I would say only do manual Penis Stretching to start with on the days you use the extender – on your days off – take the day off don’t stretch in any way.

Week 1

This week is just about getting use to the Penis Extender, monitor it all the time. Don’t wear it anywhere where yo can’t quickly take it off if you need to.

Day 1

  • At the setting that we discussed above, put your extender on
  • It will not feel like there is a lot of resistance, but don’t worry about it – you dick will appreciate being eased into it and will get better results over the long run.
  • Wear your Sizegenetics Extender for 1 hour Total – I will say take breaks every 15 minutes.
  • After Every 15 minutes take the extender off – your penis might feel cold or cool – that is normal – as long as it doesn’t purple – you are fine. This will also get you use to putting it on and taking it off.
  • Do a few rotating stretches just to get blood flowing again.
  • I would recommend wearing baggy trousers – NO PANTS – and let the extender point down while wearing (just let it hang)

Day 2

Take day two off, don’t wear your Sizegenetics extender or do any manual stretches either. This is a beginners routine, so Off days are important.

Day 3

We want to increase the time we are Extending today

  • Wear the extender for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Take 4 breaks every 15 min
  • Do rotating stretches to get the blood flowing again
  • The final 30 minutes – try and wear your extender for the whole 30 minutes – if you can’t do it in 15 minute breaks again, but try for 30 minutes.

Day 4

Take the day off – No extending and no manual exercises!

Day 5

Today your goal is to stretch for 2 hours, only taking a break every 30 minutes, that why it was important to try and do the last 30 minutes on  day 3.

  • Wear your Extender for 30 minutes
  • Take a break and do Rotating Stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat 4 x

Day 6

You can take day 6 and day 7 off. You have done enough on day 5.

First week Done!

This week is about getting use to the extender – Getting use to putting it on and taking it off.

Getting use to a routine and starting the growing process.

  • It should never hurt while wearing the extender
  • you shouldn’t experience pinching, this is why I use the Sizegenetics, you have so many comfort fittings to choose from, find the one that suites you best.

Week 2

Starting at week 2 you can now increase the tension – I would recommend increasing it by 0.5cm – it might not seem like much but you will build it up quickly – again your penis will appreciate being eased into it.

Now you know what it feels like to wear your extender, I would say you are more free to do things while wearing, Wear it outside.

Loose trousers always help.

Day 1

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total of

3 hours over 4 sessions of 45 minutes

  • Wear Extender 45 minutes
  • Do rotating stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 2

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

4 hours over 4 sessions of 60 minutes

  • Wear Extender for an hour
  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 3

Day 3 is a Rest day

Day 4

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

4 hours 30 minutes  over 3 sessions of 90 minutes

  • Wear Extender for an 90 minutes
  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 5

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

5 hours and 15 minutes  over  sessions of 1 hour 45 minutes

  • Wear Extender for an 1 h 45 minutes
  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 6

Day 6 and 7 are Rest Days

Week 3

Increase your Penis Extender size by 0.5cm

You should be pretty use the extender and extending and stretching your penis by this week.

Penis Stretching with a Penis Extender is a long term process, consistency and time is the key – and hours you wear your extender a day.

I would say don’t take any more than 2 days of in a row. I now keep my penis Extended everyday and never take days off – I’ve been doing it for a long time though.

Week 3 is about getting your dick to longer time in the extender and fewer breaks.

Day 1

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

6 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours each

  • Wear Extender for 2 hours
  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 2

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

7 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes

  • Wear Extender for an 2 hours and 20 minutes
  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds
  • Repeat

Day 3

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

8 hours over 2 sessions of 2 hours and 40 minutes

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 4

Rest day

Day 5

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

9 hours over 2 sessions of 4 hours and 1 session of 1 hour

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 6

Rest for Day 6 and Day 7

Week 4

Increase the Size of Your Penis Extender by 0.5cm

Your Penis is fully prepared now and I would say you can pretty much wear your extender everyday now.

Remember new take more than 2 days off in a row.

Day 1

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

10 hours over 2 sessions of 4 hours and 1 session of 2 hours

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 2

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

11 hours over 2 sessions of 5 hours and 1 session of 1 hour

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 3

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

12 hours over 2 sessions of 6 hours each

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 4

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

12 hours over 2 sessions of 6 hours each

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 5

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

12 hours over 1 sessions of 9 hours and 1 session of 3 hour

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 6

Your aim today is to wear the Sizegenetics extender for a total

12 hours in one session

  • Do rotaing stretches for 30 seconds in each break
  • Repeat

Day 7

Rest Day

Week 5 and Beyond

The above routine is to get your dick use the the extender. It is only a guide and you can take as many or as few breaks as you please.

I know 12 hours in one session is a lot, but this is why I use the Sizegenetics Penis Extender because it the most comfortable extender and I can achieve 12 hours no problem ( I do take bathroom breaks)

Choose what is comfortable for you, just remember you have to keep your penis stretched for at least 4 hours a day to see result.

You will get faster and better results the more hours you extend and I will say 12 hours a day will get you the most decent gains.

Week  5 and beyond  – 

  • Continue to increase your extender size by 0.5cm every week! I said it before, it doesn’t seem much but when you reach the point where your extender is the same size as your Erect size…. you will struggle to surpass that size if your penis is not use to stretching – by increasing it with a little amount and getting your penis use to growing will really help you go past this point  – Trust me I know!

If you can’t wear your extender for more than 4 hours in one session – reduce the tension by one bar (0.5cm) and keep it at that tension for another week before moving it up again.

This Sizegenetics beginner routine is a great routine and I use it every time after I take long breaks from PE – it works for me and it will work for you!

Can I Jelq with this routine?

 

Absolutely, if you want to include Jelqing and Stretching into your routine it will help you gain faster .

The Sizegenetics (and any penis extender) is for length gains mostly –  I have achieved girth gains through Penis extenders but Jelqing will really help with giving you more girth.

Can I use my Bathmate with this Routine?

Absolutely, I follow a routine which includes, manual exercises and the Bathmate.
