Male Hanger Vs Zen Hanger

Many people have asked my intake on both these hangers, the Male Hanger and the Zen Hanger.

In the past, I bought the BIB Hanger, which is identical to the Male Hanger, I also got to hang with a similar device to the Zen Hanger…

My honest intake is that it is a P-A-I-N I-N T-H-E A-S-S, its no different from those uncomfortable penis extenders in which you use a strap below the glans…

You are basically cutting the blood flow to your penis this way, that is why you have got to remove the extender every 30 mins, which beats its original purpose (putting penis enlargement in autopilot).

The Zen Hanger is no different, you are tying a not over your glans to hang enormous amounts of weight…not only is this system extremely uncomfortable, but it can also damage nerve endings in the glans and thus make you lose sensitivity in this area.

I know because I have tried this same hanging method, that is why I am telling you. Nowadays I just use it to hang very low weight (5 oz) which is basically 140 grams. I don´t see this system as a way to hang, but I view it as a ADS (All day stretcher). Beginners that want to try hanging, can start with an ADS, and when they have around 6-12 months of PE under their belt, they can progress to a real and solid hanger and start with 0.5-1 lb.

But please, don´t use the Zen Hanger to hang big weights (anything above 0.3 lb). Love yourself and your penis a bit more.

The Male Hanger is identical to the BIB hanger, I obviously find it better that the Zen Hanger because it grips the mid shaft so you can hang big weights. A grip in the middle of the shaft is much better than below the glans. It won´t slip, it won´t make your glans go numb as fuck and it´s much more effective and comfortable.

However, the Male Hanger is a hanger that uses compression, anything that compresses will cut blood flow to the penis and be extremely uncomfortable. I also believe that most of penis injuries in PE come from clamping the wrong way, or using compression hangers. Hanging big weights while cutting the blood flow through compression is uncomfortable and dangerous.

Am I saying hanging is ineffective? NO

All I am saying is that hanging with any compression hangers such as the BIB hanger, Zen Hanger and Male Hanger is  uncomfortable, dangerous and thus ineffective. Never restrict the blood flow during your PE endeavours if you want to grow.

However, vacuum hangers, such as the the LG Hanger or Elite Hanger are very effective. The grip through these hangers is created through vacuum, which then creates a sealed grip without cutting blood flow. Hanging like this is extremely comfortable.

I have made huge gains hanging with vacuum hangers, instead of compression hangers (you can check my before-after results pics here).

Regarding vacuum hangers, the one I recommend and I am currently using is the Elite Hanger, it is as good as the LG Hanger (which is ridiculously expensive) and it is way, way much cheaper.

The Elite Hanger is a device we have personally made, so yeah, there is some interest in promoting it. But believe me when I say that this is the most comfortable hanger in the market, it is as good as the LG Hanger, and way, way much cheaper.

In that same forum thread, you have the owner of the LG Hanger trying to say anything that makes sense to justify why he is charging over 300 bucks for a hanger. Obviously he is not happy with us, as we have created a very similar device which as good as his, and way much cheaper, so he does all he can to discredit the quality of our hanger 😂 😂😂
