The Ultimate Bathmate routine for beginners – First 30 Days!

This Bathmate Routine is for guys that has never done Penis Enlargement before or has just done a bit of Manual Exercises but never used the Bathmate before.

Do this Bathmate Routine and you WIL GET RESULTS!

This routine is combined with Jelqing and Penis Stretching so that you can get the maximum gains from the Bathmate in the first 30 days.

The aim here is to get use to the Bathmate and also get the maximum gains out of your Bathmate by doing the manual exercises!

What Can you Expect from this Bathmate Routine.

  • You will train your penis to get use to the Bathmate, train the spongy tissue in your penis to expand and get use to the expanding.  After the first 30 days, you will be able to train harder, more intense….. but that’s for later!
  • If you follow this routine you should increase your Penis size 0.5 – 1″ in Length 0.25 – 0.75 in Girth if you have no previous experience in Penis Enhancement
  • Teach you how to Stretch, Jelq and Use the Bathmate Hydropump.

This routine is safe and will prepare your penis for the following months and you will really get great gains if you use this Routine.

How important is Jelqing and Stretching with this routine?

You don’t have to do Jelqing and stretching with this routine, but the idea of this routine is to get the maximum gains in the first 30 days and it is a fact that you will grow more by incorporating these two manual exercises into your Bathmate Routine.

The Bathmate Beginners Routine

So it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with Jelqing and Penis Stretching before you begin this routine.

It is important to Remember that because you are new to PE you should gain really quickly in the first month. You don’t have to overtrain…. Get use to the Bathmate and the Manual routines and take it easy!

The first month is to get your penis use to the Bathmate and training so that you can train your penis harder in the months to follow.

You can do the Penis Stretching and Jelqing in which ever order you want. It doesn’t matter, as long as you do them.

How do you know if you Over-trained your Penis?

If you can’t get a proper hard on, it means you haven’t recovered fully….. take a day or two off.

Keep this in mind, it is important!

The other thing to keep in mind is that you Gains come when you Rest and Recover, not while you are training, so DO NOT train on your off days.

In the first month don’t do Penis stretching/Jelqing and The Bathmate on the same day. It will be too much training for anyone new to Penis Enlargement!

So here Is the Routine!

 

Day 1 (Bathmate day)

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Flaccid Penis
  • Use to Bathmate for 6 – 8 minutes
  • Don’t pump to the maximum
  • It should never hurt

Day 2 (Manual Exercises day)

  • Warm your penis up
  • Stretch your Penis for 5 minutes
  • Jelq your Penis for 5 minutes

Day 3

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Flaccid Penis
  • Use to Bathmate for 6 – 8 minutes
  • Don’t pump to the maximum

Day 4 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes but it is not a must. Use a warm cloth and wrap around around your penis, will help with recovery….. PS Don’t burn yourself.

Day 5

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 5 minutes
  • Jelq for 5 minutes

Day 6

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Flaccid Penis
  • Use to Bathmate for 6 – 8 minutes
  • Don’t pump to the maximum

Day 7 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes but it is not a must. Use a warm cloth and wrap around around your penis, will help with recovery….. PS Don’t burn yourself.

Day 8

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes (5 will do if you don’t have time)

Day 9

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Flaccid Penis
  • Use to Bathmate for 10 minutes
  • Don’t pump to the maximum

Day 10 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes but it is not a must. Use a warm cloth and wrap around around your penis, will help with recovery….. PS Don’t burn yourself.

Day 11

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes (5 will do if you don’t have time)

Day 12

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Flaccid Penis
  • Use to Bathmate for 10 minutes
  • Don’t pump to the maximum

Day 13 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes but it is not a must. Use a warm cloth and wrap around around your penis, will help with recovery….. PS Don’t burn yourself.

Day 14

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes

Day 15

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Semi hard-on about 70% Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 10 minutes

Day 16 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes but it is not a must. Use a warm cloth and wrap around around your penis, will help with recovery….. PS Don’t burn yourself.

Day 17

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes

Day 18

  • Enter the Bathmate 70 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 10 minutes

Day 19

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes

Day 20 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes.

Day 21

  • Enter the Bathmate 70 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 10 minutes

Day 22

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes

Day 23 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes.

Day 24

  • Enter the Bathmate 70 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 12 minutes

Day 25

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 10 minutes
  • Jelq for 10 minutes

Day 26

  • Enter the Bathmate 70 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 12 minutes

Day 27 (Rest Day)

  • Rest Your Penis, no pumping or exercises
  • You can give your penis a warm cloth treatment for 5 minutes.

Day 28

  • Enter the Bathmate 80 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 15 minutes

Day 29

  • Warm Up (either use a warm cloth or under the shower
  • Stretch your penis for 15 minutes
  • Jelq for 15 minutes

Day 30

  • Enter the Bathmate 80 % Erect
  • Use to Bathmate for 15 minutes

and there you have it…. It Great Bathmate Beginners Routine

When I take Breaks from Penis Enlargement, stop all together and do nothing for 2 – 3 weeks…. I always start with this Routine, to get my penis trained for the more intense months to follow!

Important Tip

The one other thing I include in my routine on the above rest days is Edging.
