Cialis (Tadalafil) is not a controlled substance in the United States and in most countries. The website below DOES NOT carry any controlled substances. Most countries have a policy that allow you to import non-controlled prescription medications if they are for personal use and conform to certain standards and are not purchased in excessive quantities. Again, check the laws with your respective agency (FDA, in the USA) and don’t do anything to violate these laws.

If you’ve come to this page to find a place where you can get high-quality generic Tadalafil, then look here after you speak to your doctor-

Speak to your doctor and check the laws in your region before ordering. Although I have NEVER had or heard of an instance where such [non-controlled medications exclusively in personal supply for personal use] have been detained and not released – you are ordering at your own risk and I have absolutely no liability if unintentionally break any laws in your region.

My general thoughts are this- The generic works just fine, guys have been using generic Tadalafil for years. The brand name is crazy strong and it’s worth a try to compare someday but by no means mandatory. Save your money unless you are super curious. At the same time, keep in mind that the brand name is stronger than the generic. I have to take more of the generic to have same effect.

Forward: My Experience With Cialis (Luigi)

I’m a big fan of Cialis. It helps me with male enhancement and it optimizes my experience (and her experience) in the bedroom. From late 2014-mid 2016 I basically took one single every day. There was no tolerance whatsoever and I had no problems getting erections when I stopped. It’s important to note- I don’t have erectile dysfunction, I have used it strictly as a “recreational” compound. I like it better than Viagra because it lasts longer and has less side effects (stuffy nose, mild headache). It actually pretty mild if you take it as directed. You don’t even notice it until you ‘get stimulated’ and then you realize you have a mad good boner. The ridiculous horror stories such as “It will give you a permanent boner and you won’t be able to go to work and you’ll lose your job,” or “if you aren’t 40 years old and take Cialis, your dick will never work again,” are from people who have never used it. I have and it’s good stuff. I encourage you to learn about it (and talk to your doctor) before you take it however. – Luigi

What is Cialis?

I’m pretty sure you have heard about Cialis; I mean come on, everyone knows about Viagra and this doesn’t fall far from the tree (it’s on the same branch actually). Cialis is the brand name of a medication used to treat primarily impotence (erectile dysfunction) in men with normal cardiovascular systems. Cialis is produced by the Mega Pharma Company Eli Lilly, with price to live up to its reputation. Chemically, it is classified as something known as a Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which is an enzyme found naturally in the body that has an undesirable effect on erection strength. Cialis can be simply considered as Viagra’s younger brother (somewhat better looking and stronger!). 🙂

How Does Cialis Work in The Body?

This is a big one- here comes the science. On the bright side, I’ll make it as simple as possible for the unscientifically inclined. When it boils down to it, there is one major factor that determines the potency of an erection, which is the amount of blood available to flow to the penis. Normally, mechanisms are in place for the body to release a natural chemical, known as a ‘vasodilator’, to expand the size of the arteries in the penis.

Think of it this way; what would be more efficient to let water flow through? A 1” pipe, or a 2” pipe?

Obviously the larger one will be able of accommodating more fluid.

Likewise arteries need to expand to allow more blood to flow. There are conditions that cause this blood flow to be decreased however, such as high cholesterol, diabetes or being a smoker. During arousal, the lining of these arteries, and an area within the penis called the corpus cavernosum, relax letting more blood flow, thanks to the effect of a chemical known as Nitric Oxide. Bodybuilders will be quite familiar with nitric oxide, as it is the compound that helps one to gain the “pump” of working out, swelling the muscles full of blood.

Many pre-workout products are loaded with arginine, with directly promotes manufacture of this nitric oxide. It doesn’t end there yet guys, that’s only half of the story! The released Nitric Oxide (I’ll call it NO from now…), leads to increased production of another compound, known simply as cGMP (or cyclic guanosine monophosphate, if you must know), which mediates further relaxation and dilation of the vessels. This cGMP doesn’t last very long though, as it is quickly broken down by the fiendish PDE5 (if you forgot what it is, look at the paragraph above), returning the vessels to normal tension. This back and forth fight goes on indefinitely, probably to control the degree to which an erection is capable of going. Enter Cialis- a knight that defeats the evil PDE5. Blockade of the PDE5 enzyme allows cGMP to act longer, providing better blood flow, translating to stronger erections and greater satisfaction.

How Much Needs To Be Taken?

The answer to this is largely an individual decision. Doctors usually prescribe a dose of 10mg, taken not more often that once daily and from there judge if the dose should be increased or decreased. In fact, there are many formulas available today ranging from 2.5 mg all the way to 40 mg, depending on your requirements. Men with irregular sexual habits (the weekend warriors) especially enjoy Cialis, since they are not limited in anticipating sex as much as they would be for the other two brothers. Other men prefer to take it every day, “just in case,” albeit at a lower maintenance dose of either 2.5mg, 5mg, or 10 mg. To be on the conservative side, start low and stay low unless you need to bump it up. What you should do, however, is take the pill (if the 36 hour variety) at least an hour before getting some booty, or every day at the same time if using the daily version. Here is a clinical study published in the 2010 “British Journal of Urology” confirming the safety of using Cialis (and similar PDE-5s) for chronic/everyday use.

How Long Does It Last?

This is probably the sweetest thing about Cialis! Cialis is capable of lasting up to 36 hours in the body, giving you ample time to “get some.” Compared to Viagra and Levitra, which last a maximum of about 8 hours in the body, Cialis is suited for men with unpredictable sex lives, who take it as they get it. The key to getting the most kick out of it is, however, judging the half life of the drug. So what is the half-life? Nothing very technical, not only nuclear physics as you might be thinking! The half life basically refers to the time it takes for 50% of the drug to be broken down by the body. So quick Math quiz; if the entire life of Cialis is about 36 hours, how much is the half life going to be? Obviously half of 36! So sexual activity that occurs before the 18th hour is theoretically the best time to score, but if you can’t help it anytime within that period will do.

Luigi says: Just take Cialis and it will be quite active for 36 hours. Don’t worry about timing anything. That’s the benefit of Cialis over Viagra.

Cialis improves your erection strength, but doesn’t make you more horny.

What Will It Make Me Feel Like?

You will feel exactly the same, until you become sexually stimulated at least! Cialis can be considered the safest of the brothers; it does not frequently cause headaches as the others, does not make you feel palpitations and may even enhance your mood. Speaking in the sheets, Cialis will simply make you feel like a beast. You will be able to retain an erection even after ejaculation (skipping the recovery phase haha!), with full potency. Cialis is a drug that can profoundly affect all aspects of your life (in a beneficial manner of course).[1]

Luigi says: There is a bit of a misconception that Cialis will make you “more horny” or raise your sex drive/libido. That’s not the case in my experience. It gives you a excellent boner with better endurance. Any sort of increase in sex drive is placebo, since Cialis is non-hormonal.

How to Get Cialis

You should to speak to your Doctor, who if he sees fit, will write a prescription with the specified strength that suits you. However, if the doctor’s office scares you, there are legitimate online pharmacies that can supply for you, with a real doctor’s prescription. You can also get it where a lot of us order it from (it’s totally legal and way less than brand name Cialis)-

Price Please?

The price of Cialis is by no means fixed in stone, and varies a bit depending on where you get it from. For example, according to the Official Cialis website, the price for 6 of the 20mg tablets is roughly $135[2], or more than $20 a pill. Other places may have it from $10 to a high of $40. Prices are usually set at the discretion of the retailer. A glimmer of hope, for the financially depresses is the option of a Generic tablet, tadalafil, the same exact active ingredient, that has the same exact effect as the branded Cialis, and at a fraction of the cost. The price of a generic pill can be as low as 50 cents! Which is outstanding if you are in no position to buy the real deal.

Luigi says: The price of brand-name Cialis from a pharmacy is ridiculous. The generics, if legit, are just fine and 10x less expensive. By the way- you can’t get Cialis from Cialis.com.

Will Insurance Cover Cialis?

Most likely not, but, again, it may vary from state to state. Recently changes in health care bills saw the introduction of coverage for preventative contraception, and certain sources do show that Cialis is covered in certain areas. Just don’t hold your breath and believe you are entitled with your current insurance plan. Others may offer supplemental coverage for the meds.

Is Cialis Safe?

I’m pretty sure this is the number one thing keeping you from trying Cialis. Well let me be brutally honest here; it would be a lie for me to say that it does not come with its share of “risks” but then again what doesn’t? Drinking too much water is a hazard in itself, so you can figure Cialis is not an exception. What I would like to say, however, is that the actual incidence of side effects is extremely low. When compared to the brothers, minor effects such as headaches, palpitations and nausea are much lower, and I believe I shall put myself on a limb when I say this, but I would recommend every man get on Cialis- regardless of the need or not. In fact, just recently, Cialis became approved as treatment for BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) a condition when the prostate grows to precancerous levels.[3] The beneficial effects are too numerous to ignore; just start with the minimal dose (maybe half of 2.5 mg) and tell your doctor. It can have serious effects if taken with other medication such as

  • Nitrates[4]
  • Too Much Alcohol
  • Certain Blood pressure Medication

Viagra, Cialis or Levitra?

Cialis all the way, simply because of its safety profile and superior efficacy. It lasts longer in the body, making way for extended pleasure, pricewise it’s the same as the rest, and a shocking revelation- it can be taken with alcohol. When we say it can, however, it means it is more tolerable than Viagra or Levitra. Though unlikely, drinking booze with the other two can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure. Cialis can be taken safely with a few drinks.

Luigi says: I actually like Levitra too. But frankly, we are just talking about getting boners here. They are all similar and Cialis has the least side effects and lasts the longest.

Do I Need Cialis? (Luigi)

If you don’t have erectile dysfunction then you don’t “need” Cialis anymore than I “need” Cialis. It is just a performance enhancer which can be helpful if you are doing male enhancement exercises as well. Sometimes guys just want to spice stuff up in the bedroom or make sure they get good boners if they drink some alcohol- Cialis does the job. If you actually have erectile dysfunction, than you may need Cialis. It’s also worth taking a look at the psychological factors (sexual anxiety) in play since can be the cause just as frequently as low testosterone. Cialis will arguably lower your sexual anxiety because you won’t have to worry about getting hard.

Closing Thoughts From Elite´s Manliness Pharmacist

Don’t be shy; if you think you can benefit from Cialis- give it a go. Of course, get the go ahead from your doctor first. Men coming off a cycle of Anabolic Steroids can particularly benefit from using these drugs, since hormone levels are suppressed significantly, and resuming a normal sex life is difficult at first. Cialis can give you a break and heal your ego.

Luigi says: This one works. I haven’t come across a “natural” remedy that is worth a shit.
