Bathmate Intermediate to Advance  Routine

With this routine, you will start entering the bathmate with a 80% Erection for the next 30 days (DAY 31 to DAY 60)

and with a Full erection (DAY 61 – DAY 90) – ADVANCED ROUTINE

Do Not enter the Bathmate will a full erection in the first 30 days of using the Bathmate – follow my Bathmate Beginners Routine first, this is My Intermediate (day 31 – 60) to Advance (day 61 – 90) bathmate routine.

  • Your penis Should now be more  use to these techniques we are using.

How important is Jelqing and Stretching with this routine?

You don’t have to do Jelqing and stretching with this routine, but the idea of this routine is to get the maximum gains in the first 30 days and it is a fact that you will grow more by incorporating these two manual exercises into your Bathmate Routine.

I understand that Jelqing and Stretching can be boring and tedious…. but try and make it as fun for yourself as possible…..

The Routine

Warm up your penis – THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! Do it for about 5 -10 minutes. Once you are Nice and Warm you can start your Routine.

Day 31 (Bathmate day)

  • Do Edging for 20 minutes before using the Bathmmate
  • Enter the Bathmate with a 80% Erection
  • Use to Bathmate for 15 minutes
  • It should never hurt
  • After your Bathmate session do Edging for 20 minutes (Do not ejaculate or try at least)

Day 32 (Manual Exercises day)

  • Warm your penis up
  • Stretch your Penis for 15 minutes following the below routine

 Downward stretches

  1. Pull your penis Straight down and hold for 30 seconds (I do 30 kegals and find the time goes quicker than me staring at the clock)
  2. Straight down to the left for 30 seconds
  3. Straight down to the right for 30 seconds
  4. Now do Rotating windmill stretches to restore blood

Make sure you wrap your penis, using the Uncle Jim’s Wrap technique ,  this is a great technique to get your flaccid size to be almost as big as your erect size.

Week 61 – Day 90

Follow the above routine for the next month – but make the following adjustments –

For this month we want to increase the times and intensity –

The Stretching Routine –

  • You want to now increase your time to 20 minutes on your stretching day – aim for 30 minutes!
  • In the Advanced Routine we will add More Advanced Stretches to Your Routine and the full routine will be more like 30 minutes
  • So use this month to get your penis use to between 20 and 30 minute of stretching
  • For this month follow the above stretching Routine but increase the time

Your Jelqing Routine –

  • Increase the time to 30 minutes on your jelqing days – Your erection level should be between 70% – 80% Erect.
  • You can either do it in 2 sessions of 15 each or in one session
  • After this month we will increase the time, so make sure you do your 30 minutes
  • For the next month follow the above routine but do 30 minutes Jelqing

The Bathmate Routine –

The Bathroom Routine is getting Exciting now – you will experience your Immediate gains lasting longer and longer.

  • Enter the Bathmate with a Full Erection – instead of 80%
  • Pump for 15 minutes – you can do sessions of 5 minutes, Jelq between each session for a bit to get blood flowing.

My Final Thoughts
