Hey guys Luigi here from elitemanliness.com and in this video I’m going to show you two very powerful exercises to improve your quality of erection. The first one is based on the angion method and basically the idea is to create a vacuum in our main artery which is at the dorsal one in the penis which is the front side, okay. So penis is pointing to this side, it would be this vein around here, okay. So when we create vacuum in that artery, we can push more blood flow and that will increase our vascular health in the penis and thus improve our erection, the exercise is very easy to perform in an erect state. You can use some Lube, okay. What we do with this, some finger is just below the glands. We push downwards onto the base, okay. So it isn’t on this direction like we normally do with the jelqing movement, okay,  which is an exercise to increase your penis size. No, we have got to start from just from below the glans and with our thumb finger we pull downwards, we pull downwards, we pull downwards to the base, okay. so again if this would be my penis, I would do like this, just below the glans with a thumb finger, I do like this. That’s one exercise we can do this exercise for 15 to 20 minutes three – four times per week after that exercise, I recommend kegels in an erect state. Normally everyone does the Kegel in a flaccid state but the best results are observed for erection quality when you do it in an erect state. Kegel is Basically, the PC muscle we clench. So those muscles you clench when you want to interrupt your urine flow, those are the PC muscles so for the erect kegels. What we do is we bring our penis to an erect state and then we perform kegels. So we clench the PC muscle now when you clench the PC muscle, you will see this movement, your penis will do this, this exercise is bringing basically more blood flow and increasing also your angle with time you can put more intensity and you can place a towel as a weight, okay. So what are we doing in the erect state again. I put the towel on top of my penis and I perform the kegels. So when I perform the kegels I clench the PC muscle my penis will do this. Afterwards after doing the exercise after Clenching the PC muscle for a few reps my erection will subside. So, I stop I gain a full erection again to resume the exercise. Those two exercises, the angion method, okay, with the thumb just below the glands and moving it forward to the base of the penis will increase the vascular health of our penis and the Kegel will also improve our erection quality those are the two best exercises to increase our quality of erection.
