The Towel Raise exercises the pelvic floor muscle. A (hand)towel is placed over a fully erect penis and lifted by performing a Kegel Clench. Weight can be adjusted by changing towel size and wetness.

Tutorial

 

Slowly breath in and Kegel to lift the towel up as high as possible. Hold kegel for duration of the suggested rep time.
Place a towel on the penis. Weight can be adjusted by changing the towel size, and wetting the towel.
Slowly breath in and Kegel to lift the towel up as high as possible. Hold kegel for duration of the suggested rep time.
Slowly breath out and release Kegel to lower towel. You have completed one repetition. Continue from step 3 for the suggested number of reps.
If erection starts to subside, try placing one or two fingers underneath the penis to help complete the set.
