Tutorial

Bring penis to the suggested erection level.

With first hand, place a standard ok-grip around the base of the penis and behind the scrotum.

Pull penis and scrotum in an upward direction, towards the body.

With second hand, grip penis behind the glans and pull straight up. Keep pulling with both hands for the suggested rep time.

Relax both hands. Repeat from Step 2 until reaching the suggested number of reps. Alternate hands between sets.
