About

The Basic Stretch exercise is considered the backbone of all penis enlargement exercises for increased penis length. The goal is to pull hard enough to stretch the tissues in the penis, but not too hard to inflict pain. Start of with with a gentle stretch and increase the intensity gradually. Stretching in multiple angles targets different parts of the penis.

Tutorial

 

Bring penis to the suggested erection level.

 

 

Retract (fore)skin and grasp penis just behind the glans with the right hand.

 

 

 

Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Hold the stretch for the suggested rep time. Then relax the pull.

 

 

Pull to the right and hold the stretch for the suggested rep time. Then relax the pull.

 

 

Pull upward and hold the stretch for the suggested rep time. Then relax the pull and take penis in left hand.

 

Pull to the left and hold the stretch for the suggested rep time. Then relax the pull.

 

Pull downward and hold the stretch for the suggested rep time. Then relax the pull. Repeat for the number of sets.
